Regular sessions:
Saturday Jun 21, 12-3PM
Saturday Jul 12, 12-3PM
Thursday Jul 24, 7-9PM

Signups taken after July 31st are considered late and accepted if space permits.

Bring:
- proof of age (passport, birth certificate, DMV ID, ...) (not needed for returning players)
- child's picture (head no larger than 1 inch)
- payment (check, cash, money order, cashier check, major credit card)

Fees include:

- Uniform (Jersey, Shorts and Socks)
- Pictures (1 team, 1 individual)
- Participation Trophy
- End-of-Season Tournament

Mail-in registration

You can sign up your children by mail as well. Download and print the 2008 registration form. Fill it out completely, sign it and initial where requested, and mail it together with a head picture of your child (head no larger than 1 inch please), a proof of age (if new to PAL) and payment to:

We accept payments by check (made out to MPALS), money order, cashier checks. You can also use your credit card and pay online on this page. Your payment will be handled over a secure connection through our PayPal account. If you choose to pay this way, please send payment confirmation (transaction number, printout of confrmation page ...) with your registration form.
